Illustrator based in Boston,MA
Freelance illustrator and artist Flolynda graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in with a BFA in Illustration. As a first generation Haitian-American child there were not too many characters/ stories in the media she could relate to. She aims to make all children and feel welcome with her illustrations. Flolynda draws inspiration from her childhood, day to day experiences, current events, her community and both children's and mainstream media. Flolynda's editorial work currently centers around the many issues persons of color face in America. She hopes to inspire change and bring joy with her work.
